Tutorial Learning Habits

I think that my worst learning habit is that I tend to rush myself whenever I am studying or doing any sort of job. I feel as if I have to hurry to finish that way I don't miss out on anything else. My strongest learning habit is that I will ask a co-worker, or anybody for that matter, for help if I do not understand something.
